- Lead and develop the Business Analytics team, setting priorities, allocating work, coaching senior analysts, and managing goals and performance to deliver timely, high-quality analysis.
- Translate loosely defined revenue-management questions into clear analytical objectives, testable hypotheses, and rigorous approaches that address business complexity and stakeholder needs. Lead complex analysis of large structured and unstructured data sets—including pricing, booking, promotion, channel, market, and marketing information—to identify opportunities and risks affecting net ticket revenue, occupancy, and yield.
- Design, oversee, and evaluate A/B tests and other analytical methods to measure market response, validate revenue-management strategies, and improve the quality of pricing decisions. Present findings to senior executives to guide discussion on changes.
- Partner with Revenue Management Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize requests, challenge assumptions, communicate findings clearly, and convert analysis into actionable pricing and revenue strategy recommendations.
Knowledge & Skills
- Scope: This role works closely with the Vice Presidents and Associate Vice Presidents in Revenue Management to answer complex business problems through data and analysis. This may include creating and then assessing A/B tests to understand the market impact of different revenue management strategies.
