Prep Cook/Line Cook

To qualify for this fabulous opportunity, you must be hospitality minded, have a minimum of three years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution, have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English, and be ready to join one of the best places to work in The Triangle!

Position available: Full-Time: Days: Varied; Hours: Varied to include weekends and Holidays

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to understand measurements and conversions. Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet. Valid and active Driver license issued from any State with a good driving record.
