  • Administer and maintain Heathrow’s identity and access management systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates for all personnel and contractors.
  • Verify and validate identity documentation in line with aviation security regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and external stakeholders to resolve access issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with identity management procedures, conducting regular audits and providing clear reports to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of new security technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on identity management policies and best practices.
  • Proven experience in identity and access management or a similar security-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within regulated environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using identity management systems and supporting technologies.
