Job Description

• The purpose of this position is to support the work of Baylor's Application Administrator for the EAB
• Navigate platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for inquiries.
• Reviews and responds to ticketing requests.
• Summarizes data needs.
• Provides administrative configuration support for specific areas of the platform.
• Coordinates Navigate events, including onsite visits from EAB team as well as scheduling ongoing
• Navigate training series, working group meetings, etc.
• Leads Navigate communication efforts, including publishing a monthly Navigate newsletter.
• Develop marketing campaign for Navigate Student app.

General Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Baylor.
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Must be able to work independently and follow structured deadlines.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must provide friendly customer service.
• Must have excellent communication and marketing skills.
• Experience in marketing, data analysis, and customer service is a plus.
