Senior Analyst, Deal Management

Role Summary

You'll partner closely with Sales to structure, evaluate, and execute commercial incentive agreements across the deal lifecycle. From financial modeling and business-case development to contract review, and performance tracking, you'll help shape strategic customer proposals while ensuring strong financial discipline and governance.

What You'll Do

  • Review and refine business-case financial models to accurately reflect proposed deal terms, customer economics, and commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Sales to assess deal structure, benchmark against comparable agreements, evaluate strategic alignment, and identify financial and commercial risks.
  • Prepare and present deal recommendations to management and approval committees, clearly articulating financial impacts, risks, key assumptions, and strategic rationale.
  • Monitor deal performance against contractual commitments, including customer performance metrics and issue resolution.
  • Review incentive terms in drafted contracts to ensure alignment with approved business cases, customer commitments, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Account Management, and Product teams throughout the deal approval and contracting lifecycle.
  • Contribute financial analysis and insights to strategic initiatives and projects requiring deal, revenue, or profitability assessments.

All About You

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, consulting, deal management, M&A, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations for business and finance stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with solid accounting fundamentals.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools and ERPs such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and exercise sound business judgment.
