About The Role
Can you work as part of a modern, innovative, and customer focused Facilities Management team? If so, we are looking for a receptionist to help deliver front of house and reception services at one of our corporate hubs in Lewes.
You will be supported by a highly motivated and fast paced team. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors. This is a customer facing role offering variety in a busy environment where no two days are the same, helping to ensure the smooth running of the building and reception area.
This is a front of house, customer focused role where you will provide a high quality reception and switchboard service. You will be providing a professional service, greeting visitors and managing sign in and out procedures. You'll answer and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally, and control site access in line with safety and security procedures. Tasks will include managing meeting room bookings and acting as first point of contact for basic audio-visual issues, processing deliveries and post and ensuring they reach the correct teams, and support Facilities Management colleagues when on site. You'll be responsible for reporting faults and assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
You may, at times, be required to work at other corporate hubs.
We are looking for candidates who
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have customer service and communication skills.
- Can manage conflicting priorities in a busy environment.
- Are calm, professional, and approachable at all times.
- Have organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (training can be provided).
- Have experience working in a busy reception or customer facing role.
