Your Role at Cabot
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and HR operational processes, tools, and best practices across the organization. Partner with HR and business leaders by managing recruitment dashboards, analytics, and KPIs to drive data-informed decision making and measure success. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes, systems, and talent acquisition tools, while acting as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor and thought partner to business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategies, and hiring decisions.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support Business commercial leaders to embed ComEx capabilities and tools
- Set up and manage standard and custom reports and dashboards for Segment global, regional and local commercial teams (as required) for tracking usage of Account planning, Opportunity management, Call Reports and Chatter.
- Provide ad hoc analysis of ComEx metrics to support Segment commercial leaders as required, e.g. Commercial Policy effectiveness, Market Needs, etc.
- Provide access to internal and external training on ComEx capabilities and tools, for new hires, individual and group refreshers, e.g. SFDC, Account Planning, Negotiations, Professional Selling, Marketing.
- Act as a thought partner for Segment commercial leaders on where and how ComEx adoption could be improved to support the Segment’s results.
- Aligning Segment and regions on conventions for tool usage.
Support sales and marketing teams to adopt ComEx capabilities and tools
- Provide ad hoc analysis of ComEx metrics for 1-on-1 support to Segment sales and marketing teams as required to help them meet their commercial targets.
- Provide access to internal/external training on ComEx capabilities and tools for new hires and individual refreshers, e.g. CRM, Account planning, Negotiations, Selling, Marketing.
- Provide one-on-one training and support on ComEx capabilities to Segment sales and marketing teams as required to help them meet their commercial targets.
- Provide one-on-one thought partnership on live Account/Opportunities/Negotiation cases for sales and marketing teams through understanding and sharing best practices.
Support Digital in design and implementation of ComEx tool enhancements (e.g. SFDC, OBI)
- Make recommendations for improving efficiency of the processes, systems and tools. Collecting Segment feedback and managing complaints.
- Coordinate Segment input, testing and training for upcoming enhancements.
- Leads Segment resources in training and implementing new systems and tools.
- Coordinate between Segment and Digital on maintaining market segmentation.
- Providing technical and functional support to users (including refresher trainings & onboarding).
Support ComEx Program Manager(s) and HR Learning & Development in design and implementation of ComEx capability enhancements (i.e. design and roll-out of new modules).
- Coordinate Segment input to ComEx roadmap for new/enhanced capabilities.
- Make recommendations for improving ComEx modules and/or training. Collect feedback and managing complaints.
- Coordinate Segment input, testing and training for upcoming new modules and enhancements.
What You Will Bring to Cabot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercial, sales, marketing, pricing, account management, or related business functions. Ability to understand commercial challenges and translate business needs into actionable processes, insights, and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear and compelling manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a structured and methodical approach to driving initiatives and change.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring key activities, projects, and deadlines remain on track.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
- Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and data integration scenarios, is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent English language skills required.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
- Permanent contract.
- Salary: 2650 - 3800 EUR Gross.
- Health insurance from first day of work.
- Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
