Responsibilities
You're Role
- Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
- Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.
- Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.
- Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.
- Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Availability to attend mandatory training for 2 weeks (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4:30pm)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficiency in computer applications, with professional phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
