Core Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be a key player in driving high-quality delivery across multi-team, cross-functional programs within the 'Reimagine and Elevate How We Work' (Re-Elevate) initiative. We're reimagining our Digital Product Delivery Lifecycle with AI integration, and you'll be at the forefront. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, PPC and external partners, you'll create clarity, foster alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure our transformation progresses smoothly and effectively across teams.

  • Own the day-to-day orchestration and delivery of a major Re‑Elevate workstream (e.g. Technology, People, Change Management), ensuring outcomes are clear, measurable and aligned to overall programme objectives.
  • Translate strategic direction and operating-model decisions into executable plans , sequencing work across teams and ensuring progress towards agreed transformation outcomes.
  • Lead program‑level operating rhythms (e.g. workstream alignment meetings, cross‑workstream integration sessions) that keep the Re‑Elevate program coordinated, sequenced and moving with momentum.
  • Shape clear, compelling program narratives that help senior stakeholders understand purpose, progress, risks and tradeoffs.
  • Partner with the Re‑Elevate Program Team, Workstream Leads, and fellow TPMs to define shared goals, milestones, and cross‑workstream expectations.
  • Create transparency across risks and dependencies ensuring issues are surfaced and mitigated early.
  • Maintain high‑quality program plans , including transformation roadmaps, dependency maps, delivery milestones and adoption / landing strategies
  • Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional teams , ensuring blockers are removed quickly and decision paths are clear.
  • Coordinate readiness and adoption activities across DT clusters, ensuring new operating‑model process, roles & responsibilities are understood, embraced, and embedded consistently.
  • Model excellent collaboration, structure, and delivery discipline , uplifting TPM craft standards across DT.

A core team is being brought together across key program workstreams, focusing on: digital operating-model, technology, people and change. Each area will have a dedicated TPM, working closely with the workstream teams, Digital leaders and the broader DT team as the work develops.

In Re‑Elevate, Senior TPMs are transformation orchestrators who bring structure, clarity, and disciplined coordination to complex operating‑model change. This won’t have direct line management responsibilities but will lead a major workstream (for example Technology, People, Change Management) and will influence across Product, Engineering and DT - reducing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, sequencing change, and ensuring the transformation progresses coherently across multiple teams.

This role can be based either at LEGO® Campus in Billund, LEGO® Copenhagen Hub or our LEGO® London Hub. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, - and we like to have fun along the way!

Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will help you navigate complex organizational dynamics, build trust across Digital Technology clusters, and maintain alignment during transformation.

You'll be energized by delivering complex, multi-team projects and thrive in ambiguity, bringing clarity and structure to uncertain environments. Your excellent facilitation skills will be crucial in varied program settings, such as workstream alignment and cross-team planning.

Key strengths include

  • Strong relationship-building skills , enabling effective collaboration across Digital Technology with leaders, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Broad understanding of Tech, Product, and Business domains , with a keen appetite for learning, especially in agent-augmented delivery.
  • Solid experience with agile delivery models and awareness of traditional program management when needed.

You possess a deep understanding of how digital organizations operate, including cross-team collaboration, governance structures, and the dynamics of implementing new ways of working across large groups. Your English communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to tailor messages to diverse audiences and present confidently to senior stakeholders.

You can articulate complex trade-offs in simple, actionable terms and balance strategic thinking with detailed delivery when required. Your track record shows your ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple teams, demonstrating resilience and constructive problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in risk management, dependency planning, roadmap shaping, and multi-team coordination, you're comfortable shaping adoption strategies and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working.
