Serve as a thought leader in evolving delivery management within an AI-augmented environment.

Life on the team

A core team is being brought together across key program workstreams, focusing on digital operating-model, technology, people and change. Each area will have a dedicated TPM, working closely with the workstream teams, Digital leaders and the broader DT team as the work develops.

TPMs are transformation orchestrators who bring structure, clarity, and disciplined coordination to complex programs. While this role has no direct line management responsibility, it provides leadership and coordination across the TPM workstream leads (for example Technology, People, Change Management), and will influence across Product, Engineering and DT - reducing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, sequencing change, and ensuring the transformation progresses coherently across multiple teams.

This role is based either on LEGO® Campus in Billund, DK; LEGO® Copenhagen Hub, DK or LEGO® London Hub, UK. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, - and we like to have fun along the way !

What success looks like

Success looks like enabling the program to reach clear, well-sequenced decisions on the transformation faster and with less friction than before this role existed. Dependencies are surfaced and managed before they become blockers, workshops and decision forums consistently land outcomes rather than reopen them, and the TPM workstream leads operate with a shared sense of direction and rising standards of rigor. Over time, you'll be recognized as a senior leader trusted to bring structure, clarity and momentum to program execution - turning strategic ambition into coherent, adopted change across the Digital Technology organization.
