About the role

As our Senior Director, Engineering Delivery Lead – Supply & Demand Technology, you'll lead a global technology organisation responsible for delivering digital capabilities that support supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and operational excellence across the LEGO Group. You'll shape strategy, guide technology delivery, develop leaders, and partner with senior stakeholders to create measurable business value. This is an opportunity to influence the future of digital supply chain technology while helping teams deliver high quality outcomes at scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Led technology delivery across large enterprise environments with multiple teams and leaders
  • Built and scaled agile software development and product operating models
  • Delivered digital supply chain technology solutions or planning platform initiatives
  • Shaped strategic direction for technology organisations through business and portfolio decisions
  • Managed executive stakeholder relationships and communicated effectively at senior leadership level
  • Developed leadership capability and high-performing teams with clear succession planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied cloud platform technologies, including AWS or Microsoft Azure, within enterprise environments
  • Implemented or supported planning platforms such as SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, or comparable solutions

Life on the team

You'll join Supply & Demand Technology within CDTO, a team focused on enabling supply chain planning and operational capabilities across the business. We work through agile product teams in a hybrid rhythm, with a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement. You'll help shape critical enterprise capabilities while working with colleagues who take ownership, act with purpose, and keep improving how we deliver value.

What success looks like

Success means balancing strategic priorities, scaling product delivery, and guiding major technology transformation initiatives with confidence. Over the coming 12 to 18 months, you'll help modernise supply chain platforms, expand digital planning capabilities, and strengthen agile delivery practices. You'll work closely with technology leaders, product teams, engineering teams, business leaders, executive stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security to ensure delivery, organisational capability, and long-term value continue to grow.
