About The Role

What if your data expertise could help keep a fully automated warehouse — and with it, our Kladno factory — running smoothly? Bring your analytical mindset, curiosity and passion for technology to a role where data directly supports real operational decisions.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will use data and technology to help ensure the availability, reliability and performance of our automated high-bay warehouse.

More specifically, you will

  • Analyze high-bay warehouse operational data, identify trends and anomalies, and turn findings into improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze material flows in close cooperation with other logistics analysts, using data to support operational improvements.
  • Provide first-line technical analysis of incidents and support troubleshooting of warehouse automation and system issues.
  • Create and maintain queries, datasets and data analysis reports, and contribute to KPI definitions and reporting.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new functionalities, working closely with relevant technical teams and suppliers.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.

This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role .

Play your part in our team succeeding

Our high-bay warehouse is fully automated and is at the heart of our factory's logistics operation, supplying most of the production lines with the materials they need to keep running. Its availability has a direct impact on production — when the warehouse stops, production is affected practically immediately.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will use data to help detect issues, understand what is happening in the system and identify opportunities to improve its performance. You will work closely with warehouse operations, technical teams and suppliers in an environment where data, IT/OT and automation come together.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experience in data analysis , with hands-on experience using Power BI and SQL .
  • Basic database knowledge and the ability to create and maintain queries and datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate anomalies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Curiosity about technology and motivation to learn how complex automated warehouse systems work; IT/OT or industrial automation experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent Czech and advanced English , both spoken and written
