The Opportunity

Build the Future With Us – Join our Remediation team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, where you will support environmental field programs that help protect communities across Atlantic Canada.

This opportunity offers hands‑on experience, frequent travel, and the chance to develop strong field, reporting, and project coordination skills.

Your Impact

  • Prepare and follow site‑specific Health & Safety Plans to reduce or eliminate risk.
  • Identify and report hazards, near‑loss events, and loss incidents.
  • Collect soil and groundwater samples and maintain precise field notes.
  • Conduct field programs including groundwater monitoring, soil vapour sampling, test pits, hand augering, drilling oversight, and related activities under supervision.
  • Support office tasks such as data entry, preparing documentation, coordinating equipment and subcontractors, and contributing to report preparation.
  • Maintain project documentation and manage field records with accuracy.
  • Carry out tasks in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel across Atlantic Canada — and occasionally beyond — for multi‑day field assignments.

  • Diploma in environmental sciences or related technical discipline.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and work independently.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety principles.
  • Clear, accurate documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent travel.
  • Eligibility for professional certification is an asset.

Compensation

  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $48,700 – $65,500
  • MB & ON: $44,500 – $62,100
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $44,000 – $59,300
