As a Solar Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in helping homeowners transition to renewable energy, driving both company growth and customer satisfaction in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key responsibilities include

Qualifying homeowners and assessing their energy needs, usage patterns, and financing options
Handling objections and negotiating pricing and terms to successfully close sales
Managing your sales pipeline and diligently following up on leads and appointments using CRM tools
Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless handoff and smooth project execution after the sale

Required Qualifications

1+ years of solar or in-home sales closing experience
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
Experience working in a commission-based sales environment with performance targets
Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow-up process using CRM software
General computer proficiency for sales activities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
English proficiency
Authorization to work in the United States
Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
