JOB TITLE: FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Responsible for the technical supervision, opration and maintenance of all the building system, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient facility operations in a hospital or commercial environment.

Daily Task

Supervise daily operations of all facility system

A. Conduct routine inspection of

• HVAC plant, (chillers, cooling towers, AH Us)
• Electrical rooms and panels
• Pump rooms and plumbing system
• Fire protection system

• B. Monitor equipment status
• C. Respond to breakdowns, alarms and tenant complaints
• D. Deploy technicians and ensure proper task execution
• E. Coordinate with security and housekeeping for oprational issues.

Monthly Task

• Prepare and submit operational and maintenance reports
• Analyze equipment performance trends and downtime
• Review contractor billing and service report
• Conduct energy efficiency checks and recommend improvments
• Audit compliance with maintenance schedules and safety procedures
• Participate in management meeting and planning sessions

Technical Responsibilities

HVAC Systems

• Supervise the operation & maintenance of all HVAC System
• Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow rates and chilled water performance.
• Ensure optimal system efficiency and load management

Qualifications

Education: BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Licensed Professional status is highly preferred

Experince

• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management or building operations.
• At least 2 years in supervisory role
• Experience in hospital or high-rise commercial building is highly preferred.
