About The Role

DescriptionSUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate II performs a broad range of warehouse functions with limited supervision. This role is considered a fully competent warehouse operator and is responsible for independently executing core warehouse processes including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. This position may provide guidance to entry-level associates and support operational efficiency and compliance objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase order documentation
Perform system-based inventory put-away into designated storage locations
Pick, count, and package material per sales order requirements with accuracy
Prepare domestic shipments, including packing slips and required documentation
Generate shipping labels and basic freight documentation
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine cycle counts as assigned
Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies
Support AOG (Aircraft-on-the-Ground) off-hour shipments as required
Assist in training and guiding Level I associates
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years warehouse or distribution experience
Current forklift license (LF) with demonstrated operating proficiency
Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 25 kg, in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures
Availability for on-call work as required
Reliable transportation is essential due to site location
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
