As the leader of the global marketing teams, the Director, Marketing will contribute to major international initiatives and lead the development of global brand and product marketing strategies across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a strategic yet hands-on leader, capable of inspiring and managing multicultural teams while collaborating closely with regional and global marketing partners.

  • Set, own and monitor global as well as regional marketing budgets. Prioritize and optimize marketing investments to meet financial and brand targets
  • For each globally prioritized campaign, product launch and brand event articulate a briefing document specifying commercial and brand objectives content needs, delivery deadlines and development budgets. Partner closely with regional marketing teams to align market-specific needs with overarching brand objectives
  • Oversee all content rollouts, ensuring campaigns are planned, sequenced, and executed cohesively across channels to capitalize on key brand and seasonal moments, ensuring all content supports a consistent and unified global brand identity across every customer touchpoint from social (organic & paid) and editorial, to websites, newsletters, retail and wholesale environments
  • Own and execute organic social strategies across all platforms, working closely with Creative Directors who lead on brand, visual and content direction, defining cadence, and voice to grow the brand's presence and community
  • Oversee store design and visual merchandising teams, ensuring brand experience in physical stores is consistent globally, owning retail concept roll-out in line with creative vision for each brand. Work with visual merchandising teams and key market stakeholders to ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to across all channels

  • Define and report on return on marketing investment and brand marketing KPIs including social growth, engagement, influencer ROI, and brand awareness metrics
  • Manage senior stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships, aligning on shared objectives, and ensuring marketing is seen as a commercial driver, not a support function. Work cross-functionally with product and commercial teams to ensure brand strategy is embedded across the business
  • Drive brand elevation initiatives that shift perception, increase cultural relevance, and position the brands as a name people genuinely know, seek and align with. Identify and act on emerging platform trends, cultural moments, and whitespace opportunities

WHO YOU ARE

  • 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role — ideally within high-end lifestyle, homeware, or fashion brands
  • Experience operating at a senior leadership level, with the gravitas, commercial fluency, and communication skills to hold your own in senior leadership
  • A natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally, with a track record of building strong relationships across product/brand, commercial, finance, and operations teams
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in organic social strategy — you understand the platforms, the algorithms, the culture, and what makes content travel
  • Proven track record building and scaling influencer programs, with experience managing diverse talent rosters and negotiating partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to take a brand/project from local hero to global player — you've done it before or been a critical part of the team that has
  • Experience managing and developing a high performing creative communications team, with a strong creative eye and the ability to give sharp, clear, and constructive direction
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working in multi-channel environments including wholesale and retail
  • A natural storyteller with exceptional instincts for brand voice, visual identity, and cultural fit
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Data-literate — comfortable pulling insights from social analytics, campaign reporting, and brand tracking tools to inform decisions
  • An obsessive eye for detail and a genuine passion for the fashion, design, jewellery and lifestyle space— you live and breathe this world
