About The Role

Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) – Program Management - The Graduate Apprentice Trainee will support end-to-end project execution activities within the Program Management function, ensuring effective coordination across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to vehicle development programs, project management practices, and automotive product development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking activities.
Assist in monitoring project deliverables and Q-Gate readiness.
Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (R&D, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, and NPD) to ensure timely execution of program activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
Support technical reviews, design reviews, and management presentations.
Assist in series management and change management activities during vehicle development programs.
Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and organizational processes.

Educational Qualification

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred).

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle development processes is desirable.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
