What will you be doing here?

Tu objetivo será transformar datos en acciones comerciales, liderando la estrategia de retención y el desarrollo acelerado de nuestras CBs. Serás el puente entre la analítica profunda y la ejecución comercial.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Tus 3 grandes desafíos

Crecimiento sostenible: impulsar la progresión estratégica de las consultoras a lo largo de los niveles del Camino de Crecimiento. Identificar palancas de comportamiento para maximizar la acumulación de puntos durante las ventas de crecimiento.
Retención preventiva: diseñar e implementar modelos de alerta temprana para prevenir la inactividad. Crear estrategias para fidelizar a la base activa utilizando los beneficios del programa, como el acceso a preventas, opciones de pago en cuotas y cupones de herramientas de negocio.
Datos y experimentación: analizar el comportamiento de compra para detectar oportunidades y cuellos de botella. Liderar testeos A/B continuos, medir el impacto incremental de las campañas y traducir hallazgos complejos en herramientas simples y accionables para la Fuerza de Ventas.

El perfil que buscamos

Mindset analítico: capacidad comprobada para analizar bases de datos, identificar patrones y conectar métricas con comportamiento humano.
Orientación a la acción: no solo reportas el pasado; formulas hipótesis, diseñas experimentos y escalas lo que funciona.
Visión de negocio: entiendes que el éxito no es solo dar beneficios, sino generar rentabilidad y frecuencia de compra sostenida.
