Your Role

As a Developer & Support Consultant SAP TM (m/f/d) , you will be the first point of contact for our customers during day-to-day operations. You will ensure that transportation processes run smoothly, analyze incidents, and work closely with the team to develop sustainable solutions.

Unlike traditional Application Management Services (AMS), we see ourselves as an extension of our customers' teams. This means you will actively contribute to process improvements, evaluate new requirements, and implement them independently. In addition, you may also be involved in implementation projects, giving you the opportunity to actively support both the operation and the continuous development of SAP TM solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Transportation Management and serve as the primary contact for functional and technical inquiries.
Work within clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prioritize incidents and service requests, and ensure their timely resolution.
Analyze incidents in a structured manner and provide fast and sustainable solutions.
Familiarize yourself with existing system landscapes and business processes while supporting issue analysis and resolution in productive environments.
Take ownership of development packages within implementation projects and support their implementation through successful go-live and transition into operations.
Perform smaller customizing activities and implement change requests.
Document solutions in a clear and structured way and maintain knowledge bases to ensure sustainable knowledge sharing.
Work closely with consulting and development teams and support the handover of projects into the support organization.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.
