Operates equipment needed to perform job.

Work overtime and shift schedules as required
Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
Push and pull materials and equipment as needed
Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures
Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production
Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Travel up to 10% as needed

Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
Willing & able to work overtime as required.
Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 8-12 hours daily.
Regularly lifting 15lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of three years of verifiable work history
Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
