About The Role

The WFM Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce management strategies to support the CLM Domestic Diversified | Outbound department. This role involves analyzing historical and real-time data, forecasting demand, and optimizing scheduling to ensure an adequate and skilled workforce is available to meet business needs. The executive will collaborate closely with the management team to align WFM strategies with business objectives, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain accurate workforce management strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management.
  • Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce allocation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align WFM strategies with business objectives and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards in workforce management to enhance operational performance.
  • Monitor and optimize scheduling to ensure an adequate and skilled workforce is available to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in workforce management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to workforce management.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools, such as scheduling and forecasting applications.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices in workforce management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
