Project Manager Renewables-Gas
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager Renewables to join our facility in Leicester. In our facility in Leicester, we offer our end-to-end project management that includes all steps from concept engineering, construction to commissioning and lifecycle services. By offering full and easy access to all available data we go beyond metering in offering the highest level of safety, efficiency and precision.
Responsible for leading multiple medium-size projects focus on renewables projects in Ireland. The Project Manager is responsible for management of jobs awarded to company, providing support and tasking directions to the engineering, sourcing and sub-contractors for ensuring deliveries to customers within allocated schedule, budget and customer satisfaction. This will consist of Project related administrative tasks, customer interface and primary link between customer and forecasting, planning, risk identification, change management, inventory listing, billing, and payment collection action owners.
Hybrid working model with up to 20% travel to Ireland for customer-facing meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for executing Project orders. Ensure performance improvement on customer satisfaction, cycle time improvement, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and minimizing working capital requirement without compromising on deliverable compliance to customer specifications.
- Promote total project ownership culture from sales handover to completion. Promote teamwork and lead assigned cross-functional teams
- Prepare & own project plans including project related resource planning and monitoring, track budgets allocated, documentation compliances and on time delivery of project. Delivery of project, meeting all specification requirements, on agreed schedule and on allocated cost budgets
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of Project Planning and execution process including alignment to business directives and target goals. Supervision of sub-contract labor (office) and services
- Assistance as necessary for off-site activities e.g. Handover/Kick-off meetings, inspection, installation, commissioning, service etc. with clients and suppliers. Daily engagement and teaming with customers, project team members, sales and marketing, project operations, factories, and management to ensure excellence in delivery and overall project performance
- Ensure adaptation of lessons learnt from other projects and adaptations of the best practices of custody metering skid fabrication business
- Safety: establish safe work practice and company policies and continuously improve the site safety culture and meet / exceed all Health, safety, and Environment key performance matrices. Quality: Adherence to QMS, Collaborate with Quality Manager on deliverable quality
- Lead progressive project review meeting with client and ensure to share the customer requirements and customer expectations on project deliverables. Support proposal team during bid preparation
Must Have Skills
- BS or BA degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Min 5 years’ experience in similar role in process control industry
- In depth knowledge flow measurement and regulating gases
- Preferably conversant with international standards, Irish standards and UK codes and standards for gas industry
- Successful leadership or Project management experience
