About The Role
Summary The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for building organizational alignment, elevating executive leadership, and driving cohesive messaging across the region. Acting as a trusted strategic communications partner, this role crafts high-impact narratives for C-suite leaders, leads enterprise-wide change and project communications, and builds external visibility to strengthen brand reputation. What you'll do 1. Leadership Communications (40%) Executive Narrative Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies for C-suite and senior executives. Content & Messaging: Draft executive keynotes, all-hands addresses, strategic memos, external op-eds, and media talking points that articulate corporate vision and business priorities. 2. Cross-Functional & Strategic Alignment (40%) Drive Cohesion Across Teams: Design cross-functional communication frameworks that break down silos, foster operational alignment, and build a unified regional corporate culture. Enterprise Project Support: Lead communications strategy for major corporate initiatives, organizational transformations, supply chain initiatives, and cross-divisional programs. 3. External Engagement & Executive Profiling (20%) Thought Leadership Roadmap: Establish and manage a structured external profiling program for senior executives to elevate the organization's regional industry profile. Platform & Visibility Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact external platforms, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, industry white papers, and strategic media opportunities. Stakeholder Positioning: Position the company as an employer and business partner of choice across external networks (industry bodies, suppliers, NGOs, and trade groups). What you'll need Professional Background: 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, marketing communications or corporate affairs, preferably within a multinational corporate regional headquarters Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline. C-Suite Ghostwriting & Executive Presence: Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills, with a proven track record of ghostwriting keynotes, speeches, op-eds, strategic memos, and talking points for C-suite and regional senior executives. Internal Communications & Event Design: Demonstrated experience creating cross-functional communication frameworks, driving change management messaging for major transformations, and planning high-impact internal platforms (e.g., divisional town halls, supplier summits). Matrix Organization Navigation: Strong stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across matrixed functions (e.g., Operations, Commercial , Country Management, HR) and synthesize complex business priorities into clear narratives. Crisis & Issues Preparedness: Solid judgment and experience providing rapid-response messaging and risk mitigation strategies during sensitive operational or regional disruptions.
