About The Role
Purpose of Role
As the District Supervisor at Paradise Games, you exist to ensure disciplined day-to-day execution across an assigned cluster of stores. You stabilise operations by maintaining coverage, ensuring on-time openings, enforcing standards, and addressing issues early before they impact customer trust.
In our mission to be the most trusted operator in The Bahamas, your role protects trust through consistent supervision of frontline teams, strong store readiness, reliable service standards, and timely escalation of operational risks.
What You Will Take Ownership Of
You are accountable for the daily operational consistency of your assigned stores and the supervision of frontline teams, including Cashiers and Security/Safety Officers. You ensure shifts are covered, schedules are executed as planned, and call-ins are handled quickly to prevent disruption—including stepping in to support store operations where required. You support store openings and readiness through routine operational checks, including spot checks of cashier drawer balances and reconciliation discipline, ensuring stores are clean, customer-ready, and aligned with PG Brand Standards. You escalate irregularities promptly through the correct chain.
You support the District Manager by assisting with scheduling, timekeeping, discipline, payroll preparation, and operational planning, ensuring information is accurate, submitted on time, and escalates where issues arise. You manage discipline and performance management at the frontline level by coaching in real time, documenting concerns, issuing corrective feedback as required, and escalating formal disciplinary actions through the District Manager and HR in accordance with company process. You protect the customer experience by addressing escalations promptly, managing irate customers professionally, gathering and acting on customer feedback, and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution through the correct channels. You also strengthen risk control by identifying fraud exposure, policy breaches, safety concerns, and operational gaps contributing to shortages or poor service, escalating issues promptly to the District Manager and HR where required.
Authority & Decision Rights
You are authorised to direct day-to-day execution across your assigned stores, including coordinating coverage, reallocating resources during disruptions, instructing frontline teams on required standards, and intervening to stabilise service when issues arise. You may coach employees, provide corrective feedback, document performance concerns, and recommend formal performance actions or disciplinary outcomes to the District Manager and HR. You are responsible for escalating serious customer complaints, staffing gaps, safety/security incidents, and operational failures immediately through the appropriate chain. Your authority applies across your assigned district under the direction of the District Manager.
Who You Will Collaborate With
You will report to the District Manager and supervise Cashiers and Security/Safety Officers to ensure stores remain safe, customer-ready, and compliant. You will collaborate with HR on performance management and disciplinary matters, Finance where cash/shortage patterns require escalation, and Customer Care where issues require cross-functional follow-through to resolution.
