About The Role
Own P&L targets and cultivate trust-based relationships with strategic domestic and regional accounts, driving long-term value creation while ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
Lead new account acquisition across 2C2P’s e-commerce product verticals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of leads and assigned prospects, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies regionally; collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and enablement for online payments.
Present to senior leaders and CxOs across MNCs in verticals including airlines, travel, and retail; advise clients on how 2C2P’s solutions add business value.
Act as liaison between prospects and internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of 2C2P’s solutions according to customer requirements.
Forecast and monitor key account metrics and sales pipelines, qualify leads, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
Communicate monthly and quarterly progress against targets to internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional revenue performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or related field
8-12 years of experience in fintech, acquiring, or e-commerce, with a strong focus on digital payments or payment gateways.
Proven track record in operations leadership, team management, and cross-functional project execution.
Solid understanding of payment flows, acquiring/issuing systems, and risk/fraud frameworks.
Familiarity with industry protocols such as tokenization, 3DS, settlement, and reconciliation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
