About The Role

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

The role

As a JM LEAD Graduate, you will help drive our goals by

Completing three rotational placements over 2.5 years across key business areas including Science, Commercial and Operations.
Leading and supporting business-critical projects that improve performance, sustainability, growth and operational excellence.
Collaborating with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions and build broad business understanding.
Applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Building leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Contributing to projects that create value through innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Environmental Science or related field required (Master’s degree or higher a plus) (Minimum 3.2 GPA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in developing as a future leader.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel or undertake assignments across JM locations.

What we offer
