The Site Planning is responsible for preparing, or enabling the preparation of, the integration of Philips medical equipment into the customer’s building and clinical workflow by means of site designs, consultancy, and site preparation specifications. The role assists in designing customer-specific solutions and preparing documentation to support pre-sales, sales, and installation of Philips Healthcare equipment in hospitals worldwide.
Your role
- Create room layouts and technical documentation for the installation of Philips healthcare equipment.
- Develop site preparation drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support to project teams and customers regarding site planning and installation requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timely delivery of site planning documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement of site planning processes and standards.

Compensation & Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 86,400 –PLN 115,200. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
