About The Role

As our new Sales Coordinator in EF’s Vietnam Sales Team, you’ll take the first steps toward a rewarding career in sales, customer service, and marketing – all while having fun at work. Your Responsibilities

In this exciting role, your days will be varied and full of opportunities to make an impact

• Meet admissions or enrollment targets through telephone and face-to-face consultation and quality CRM effort with students, parents, universities and organizations.
• Meet daily KPIs including number of calls, appointments, and consultations.
• Manage student admins from start to end including pre- and post-departure customer service.
• Guide customers to the perfect EF program to match their needs and goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service – in person, online, and over the phone.
• Contribute creativity, drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit to our team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who embodies

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.
• A strong interest in sales or prior sales/customer service experience.
• A balance of team spirit and a competitive edge to reach targets.
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow and develop.
• Experience from studying, working, or extensive traveling abroad.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
