About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property & Casualty Claims Examiner to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims from first contact through to resolution, ensuring a high-quality service for insureds, brokers, and third parties. You’ll play a key part in reserving, adjustment, escalation, and maintaining strong working relationships across the claims process.

What you will do

Manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims in line with delegated authority and Chubb best practice guidelines.
Proactively investigate, reserve, and adjust claims while keeping files accurate and up to date in workflow systems.
Build strong relationships with brokers, insureds, third parties, and TPAs, including handling disputes and audits where required.
Identify subrogation opportunities, prepare large claim summaries, and support underwriting with claims insights and product knowledge.

What you will bring

1–3 years’ property claims experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Sound problem-solving ability, good judgment, and a self-starter mindset.
Tertiary qualification preferred, with a law degree advantageous.
