Manager – BI Development and Operations (Internal/External)

Role purpose: The role holder will be responsible for leading the design, development, optimization, and operational excellence of the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This includes providing technical leadership, ensuring end-to-end data integrity, enabling actionable insights through analytics and dashboards, and maintaining high-performance BI systems. The Manager will also ensure alignment of BI solutions with strategic business objectives by partnering closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and insightful data products and services.
