Business Manager - CDF

The Business Manager – CDF is responsible for leading the strategic partnership, commercial development, and overall business performance of China Duty Free Group (CDF), one of the most important and complex customers within the Global Travel Retail business. This role is accountable for delivering sustainable sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding portfolio opportunities, and enhancing TWE’ luxury brand presence across the CDF ecosystem. Operating within a highly dynamic and multi-stakeholder environment, the incumbent serves as the primary commercial lead for the account, driving joint business planning, customer development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve both customer and company objectives.
