Technician, Service

This experienced Service Technician is a highly skilled field service professional responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Samuel Packaging Systems Group equipment at customer locations. This role provides advanced technical support in automation controls, PLCs, electrical systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic applications while working independently on complex service projects. The technician serves as a customer-facing representative of the company, supports training and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
