As an Engineering Administrator , you’re not just providing support to department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

  • preparing audit-related documentation (Japanese and English)
  • supporting HR-related matters and coordinating training activities
  • Preparing meeting minutes and reports, managing attendance records and timesheets, processing expense reimbursements
  • Handling purchasing activities, managing invoices and preparing and responding to documentation required by government authorities and regulatory agencies
  • Processing departmental mail and expenses, and supporting procurement and purchasing activities
  • Handling telephone inquiries, liaising with vendors and business partners, and performing other administrative duties as required

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous self-development
  • Team player who demonstrates consideration, respect, and empathy toward colleagues
  • Previous work experience in the hotel industry preferred
