Job Summary

Under the direction of the AVP, Quality Management/PI, formulates and conducts evaluations to identify, improve patient care processes impacting on patient outcome/satisfaction.

Qualifications

Degree in Nursing Required
BSN or strong clinical Nursing background Preferred
1-3 years experience in health care evaluation, health

information or research preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office, PI Tools and calculators beneficial; in addition to excellent oral/written skills and problem-solving abilities.
Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality (CPHQ)
