About The Role

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services and Chief Clinical Dietitian, plans, administers, directs and controls all unit activities related to patient nutritional care and food service to ensure high quality standards of operation and compliance with St. Lukes Cornwall Hospital, all regulatory agencies and JCAHO standards and regulations.

Education/Training: Bachelor Degree in Nutrition. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Experience: Minimum of two years experience as a Clinical Dietitian

Licensure, Registration or Certification: Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association.
