Why you Should Join Us

We are looking for an HR Operations & On-boarding Coordinator to join our HR team and support the smooth and accurate management of employee on-boarding, contracts, payroll-related processes, and employee benefits.

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative coordination of new hires, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time, while also acting as a key point of coordination between employees, internal teams, and external payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation and administrative process for new hires, ensuring all required employee information and documents are collected and properly filed.
  • Organize the preparation, signing, and documentation of employment contracts and related HR documents.
  • Coordinate with the external payroll provider regarding employee changes, new hires, departures, and other payroll-related information.
  • Support employee benefits, such as meal vouchers/ticket restaurant, and assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, People Operations, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Good command of MS Office. Familiarity with HR systems or payroll processes will be considered a plus.

  • Αttention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and employee data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek
  • Ability to take initiative and motivation to drive results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
