About The Role

Lead end-to-end IT projects from initial concept and scoping through to successful deployment and post-launch review.
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, system architects, QA testers, and financial analysts.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve potential risks or roadblocks.
Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure all IT initiatives strictly comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of proven project management experience, specifically within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
Recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure deployments.
Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
