About The Role

The Manager, Brand Marketing NBC & Peacock will play a critical role in shaping and advancing enterprise marketing strategies that strengthen the NBC and Peacock brands across the entertainment portfolio. Working in partnership with the teams responsible for title-specific marketing, this role focuses on brand strategy, franchise growth, and portfolio-level marketing initiatives that expand the reach and impact of the NBC and Peacock brands. By leveraging NBCUniversal's entertainment IP, creator relationships, and cross-company opportunities, this position supports leadership in shaping long-term brand growth beyond individual campaign lifecycles.

Reporting to a Director, with regular exposure to Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Vice President leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing business recommendations, crafting executive-level presentations, and driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on franchise growth, portfolio positioning, and long-term brand development across priority entertainment IP.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities that leverage NBCUniversal's creators, franchises, and broader portfolio to drive business impact.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans and recommendations that align with evolving business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Build relationships across marketing, publicity, programming, creative, research, partnerships, and cross-company stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with a high standard of storytelling, organization, and visual polish.
  • Present ideas and recommendations to senior leadership with confidence, clarity, and strong business rationale.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Basic  Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated experience developing business strategies and translating them into actionable marketing, brand, or growth plans. Experience across a range of industries is welcomed.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with the ability to independently create polished, executive-level materials that effectively communicate complex ideas in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Experience working with senior executives and navigating complex cross-functional organizations is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

  • Salary range: $80,000- $110,000 ( bonus eligible)
