Locum Tenens - Otolaryngology NP/PA

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Otolaryngology NP/PA to join our Medical Center on a six months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of August 2026. • Board Eligible
• Licensed in Oregon State
• BLS Certification Required
• Active DEA Required
• No Additional Certifications are Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
