About The Role

Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the shopping mall, ensuring a safe, clean, efficient and customer-focused environment. The role oversees facilities, security, cleaning, contractor performance and tenant operational support while maintaining high service standards across the property. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the shopping mall and common areas. Oversee cleaning, security, maintenance and other outsourced service providers. Ensure all building systems and facilities are operating effectively. Maintain compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures. Support tenants with operational matters and ensure adherence to mall regulations. Coordinate operational requirements for events and peak trading periods. Monitor operational budgets, service levels and contractor performance. Prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience: Degree or diploma in Facilities, Property or Operations Management (or equivalent experience). 5+ years' experience in shopping malls, commercial property, hospitality or a similar environment. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience managing contractors and operational budgets. Good knowledge of health & safety and building operations.
