About The Role

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Crafting consistently exceptional coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Creating genuine connections and personalised experiences for every guest. Bringing the TRIBE spirit to life through authentic and engaging service. Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting coffee cart environment. Supporting Grab & Go service with efficiency and attention to detail. Sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee, local products and seasonal offerings. Contributing creative ideas for new drinks, promotions and guest experiences. Assisting with stock control, food safety and day-to-day operations

Previous barista experience (6+ months preferred). Strong espresso-making and milk texturing skills. A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and stay organised during busy periods. A positive, energetic and proactive attitude. Comfort working outdoors in a coffee cart environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
