MISSION
Provide high-quality recruitment support through candidate sourcing, screening, process coordination, and stakeholder partnership to ensure efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination activities are performed effectively to support business hiring needs.
- Recruitment services are delivered with accuracy, quality, and respect of agreed service levels.
- The needs of Hiring Managers, Recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders are anticipated and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment data, documentation, and reporting are maintained with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- A positive recruitment experience is ensured throughout the recruitment process. Continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported to enhance recruitment efficiency and service quality.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Administration, or a related area.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday, or other recruitment platforms.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment.
