About The Role

Key Responsibilities Design and implement Python-based solutions to replace existing Alteryx workflows Convert, refactor, and optimize Alteryx workflows into scalable Python pipelines Develop and manage workflows using Apache Airflow (DAG design, scheduling, dependencies, retries) Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, coding agents) to improve productivity, code quality, and consistency Ensure solutions align with best engineering practices (modularity, reusability, performance, documentation) Actively participate in the full project lifecycle: Requirements analysis Solution design Development Testing & validation Deployment and post‑go‑live support Collaborate with SMEs and business users to validate migrated solutions Support governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities Experience 5+ years of professional software development experience Technical Skills (Mandatory) Expert-level knowledge of Python (data processing, automation, production-ready code) Apache Airflow (designing and maintaining complex workflows) Alteryx – medium level (ability to understand, analyze, and translate existing workflows) Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, such as: Cursor AI coding agents / copilots for development, refactoring, and debugging Experience with: Data pipelines & ETL/ELT concepts Error handling, logging, and monitoring Performance optimization Project & Delivery Skills
