Role Purpose

Responsible for executing Shikhar programs as per defined plan to increase activation and spends

Role Accountability

Manage Activation and Spends on Shikhar portfolio in assigned geographical area
To deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio
Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants
Launch & roll out local level engagement programs for cardholders
Liaise with sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs & with Brand team for visibility of SBI Card brand / offer at merchant store / city catchment area
Track & report activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio
Launch & Manage local merchant tie-ups
All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc.
Onboarding local agency for local tie ups, Ensure Proper Billing process (PO)
Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Roll out Regional festival campaigns
Maintain & Create Merchant funded Offer property
