We are currently looking for a EMEA HR Junior Payroll Specialist to join our existing team. At Solenis, we are on a journey of growth and expansion, and we are searching for a talented team member to join our dynamic EMEA Payroll team in Warsaw. As the team expands, we want to bring on board individual, who will have great opportunity to start her/his career in Payroll division. We will implement you fully to the job and you will have continued development possibilities in Payroll area, able to learn from the best. You will report directly to Payroll Manager, EMEA East. Full-time job opportunity Location: Warsaw (hybrid) Duties & Responsibilities Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations Process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors Takes part in audit and other common related activities once required Manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies) The Individual Core requirements: Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learn Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers min.
