About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technician 2 to support our client's technical and after-sales service operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, troubleshooting technical problems on customer sites, and carrying out maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer sites independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems affecting equipment and machinery.
Perform maintenance and repairs independently.
Carry out programming and technical adjustments where required.
Diagnose faults systematically and identify the root cause of technical problems.
Handle major mechanical duties and repairs related to the company's machines.
Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns and service calls.
Follow proper safety procedures when working on equipment and at customer sites.
Report completed work, identified faults, and required repairs to the relevant supervisor or manager.
Work professionally with customers and other technical team members.

Requirements

Previous experience in a technician or similar technical role.
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to work independently and attend customer sites without requiring assistance.
Ability to diagnose and repair technical problems with minimal supervision.
Experience performing maintenance and repairs on machinery or technical equipment.
Knowledge of programming and technical systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle complex mechanical duties.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
