What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day content publishing, updates, and optimization across assignment projects and digital platforms
Create new website landing and resource pages aligned with brand standards, legal guidelines, and SEO/AI search best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop mock-ups, and deliver projects on schedule
Partner with web development teams to identify and report issues, bugs, and platform enhancement opportunities
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and share outcomes and recommendations to ensure successful deployment
Contribute to and maintain documentation related to publishing processes
Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
Champion best practices in web content publishing and guidelines
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business objectives and align content initiatives with delivery timelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of website publishing experience via content management systems, specifically WordPress
Proficiency in website and content management practices and guidelines
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suites
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills with English fluency
Ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships across a globally dispersed environment
Willingness to adjust working schedule to accommodate key meetings in US time zone

Google Analytics familiarity
Adobe Photoshop and Figma skills
Customer-centric mindset with understanding of user behavior
