About The Role

What you will be doing

Business Analyst/ Project Manager Role for implementation of complex business and technology solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert on multiple projects, translating business requirements into system capabilities while driving process and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery
Analyze complex business requirements and develop technology solutions.
Lead or play a key role in implanting RPA/AI based projects and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams.
Create and manage business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation (Project Plan, BRD, Test Plan, Action Tracker, RAID Log, Management Weekly/Monthly Decks etc).
Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution evaluations.
Support testing, implementation, and post-production validation activities.
Coach and mentor junior Business Systems Analysts.
Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.

What you bring

Highest Qualification

Graduate

Experience & Skills

Typically requires 6+ years of Business Analyst experience .
Experience leading at least one large project (e.g., over 6,000 project hours or spanning more than 4 months).
Strong skills in:
Requirements gathering and analysis
Process Documentation
Stakeholder management
Agile methodologies
Data analysis and problem solving
Communication and leadership

Role Characteristics

Works with minimal supervision .
Functions as a project leader or subject matter expert on complex initiatives.
Has wide latitude for independent judgment and decision-making .
Coaches and mentors junior analysts.
