Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

About The Role
- Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing the company’s overall finance and accounting activities.
- Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank transactions .
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between internal records and actual transactions.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyze significant variances.
- Support the improvement of Finance & Accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor Finance & Accounting team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
